Atmospheric data is characterised
by time-varying multivariate and vector data collected over a spherical
grid.
Of particular interest for researchers developing new climate models is the
inter-relationships among the various variables which affect the atmosphere,
including temperature, pressure, and wind velocity. We investigate techniques
for visualizing multivariate data to establish correlations and understand
relationships.
